Ate more than I would of liked to admit today,
Breakfsat was two pieces of raisin bread toast (P), and shortly after a plain bagel with cream cheese and turkey. Then I had some "Truffulls" or something like that bars, supposed to make you not as hungry.
For lunch, had a bowl of that soup again, and a bag of sun chips, some pasta salad, and another set of those bars.
For dinner, made some cheese tortellini, with sausage and pepper sauce. Served with pita pizzas, Hummus, Spinach, Red and Green Peppers, mushrooms, feta cheese. had a big huge glass of naked juice with it too.
Todays mood is rather dejected, not a fan of work today, hoping tomorrow and the day after will be easier.
Hoping Dieting will feel easier too.
They say I think it's 21 days in a row, and something becomes habit? Today is 1/7th of the way there.
