Ate more than I would of liked to admit today,
Breakfsat was two pieces of raisin bread toast (P), and shortly after a plain bagel with cream cheese and turkey. Then I had some "Truffulls" or something like that bars, supposed to make you not as hungry.
For lunch, had a bowl of that soup again, and a bag of sun chips, some pasta salad, and another set of those bars.
For dinner, made some cheese tortellini, with sausage and pepper sauce. Served with pita pizzas, Hummus, Spinach, Red and Green Peppers, mushrooms, feta cheese. had a big huge glass of naked juice with it too.
Todays mood is rather dejected, not a fan of work today, hoping tomorrow and the day after will be easier.
Hoping Dieting will feel easier too.
They say I think it's 21 days in a row, and something becomes habit? Today is 1/7th of the way there.

Day Two:
Yesterday, I started the morning off with some raisin bread french toast (P) and an english muffin (P). Had some neutella on the muffin too.
For work time, I had a bowl of the Zesty Sausage Potato soup, My spurge for the day, some cheese crackers, I tried to make a sugar free coffee, thought it tasted nasty.
Went home, had some Jello Boston Cream Pie SF (P) and the rest of the spinach salad (A) and some Organic Annie's Ravioli (A).
Moods were pretty down, went out and bought a new pair of walking/hiking shoes.
We've had rain for the past couple days, so I hope when it clears up, I'll get us out on the trails again.

First Day
Thus ending Day One:
Also in mind, I've considered recording everything I eat, and a sort of budgeting way.
(A) All, (P) Partial,
For Lunch, We had some Tandoori Naan(A), with Hummus (P) Cucumber (P) Carrots (P), and a Spinach Salad(A) from the store.
I had a bottle of water, and a Chocopie (P) with it.
For A mid day drink, I had a Cappuccino(A) thingy, Fridge Section of the store, needed some caffeine, cutting out the soda and all.
For Dinner, There was some Naked Blue Machine juice(P), another bottle of water, 1 & 1/2 fillet of Tilapia(A), Coated in Panko(P), fried in a very small amount of oil. Also had a rice ball,(A) with some Furikake(P), Surprisingly sweet. and an Asian style warm bun with Azuki bean paste(P) in the middle. Yum!
I'm still motivated today, and I hope I don't use it all up =P Lifestlye changes, Not just like a "This week Fad" I assume take more than just good intention.
Wonder how I'll handle at work... Might be a little tricky with all the temptations abound. I'm sure my boss will be happy with my lack of Grazing. Or at least my attempt at not doing it so damn much.
Ugh...
So in the most recently I discovered I've gained about 50 lbs.
Yikes!
It's one thing when it's ten, or well, even twenty, but man oh man, I added a 1/4 onto my total weight. Yuck!
So here's somewhat like my "Battle Plan" To shed some pounds, because I cannot allow this to continue!
Being too, that since this is a blog, I can check back, see progress, and keep myself motivated.
So here's kinda my "Checklist for success"
- Only drinking water, and Juice. (Juice: http://www.nakedjuice.com/ )
- Completely cutting out soda, lattes, milkshakes, ext.
- Eating as much "Fresh" "Unprocessed" foods as possible, Fruit, Veggies, ext.
- Bread is still allowed, so is pasta, but doing it in a way thats healthy, wheat when possible, flat breads, pitas.
- I'm planning to cut meat out at lunch, stick mostly to hummus and something.
- Eat a meat dish for dinner, Chicken, Fish, or Beef (rare on the beef)
- Use whatever veggies I don't use for dinner items for breakfast Omelets
- No Bacon, Sausage, for breakfast. Maybe a slice of ham lunch meat style.
- I'm still allowing sauces to be premade, but I'll thoroughly look through the label before it comes home.
- Still allowing one night a week to be "Go eat out and enjoy" (Special occasions may occur)
- I'm also looking into a lot of Asian foods as well, Bentos excite me
- Cheeses, I'm allowing Feta, low fat Mozz, and other than that, we'll look at labels.
- I'm also planning to record recipes.
I feel bad, because I love the pita's a store about... 30-45 minutes drive away has, but I really HATE to drive that far for ONE thing. And I really don't want to go shopping for clothes or anything like that, especially since I'm planning to lose weight!
So I may have to experiment with some of the store brands, see how that goes.
I wish you all well, I know this is a completely opposite direction for a "Gamer's" blog.
I haven't really had much to screen shot in warcraft lately. *Shrugs*
